Welcome to Hootag MFP (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging in any transaction with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read these terms before making any purchases.
1.1 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Hootag MFP, including upfront payments for orders, are non-refundable. We do not entertain refunds for any reason unless stated otherwise in section 2.
2.1 Quality Assurance: We take immense pride in the quality of our products and conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods due to manufacturing defects or issues within our control, we will address the matter as follows:
2.2 Compensation for Damages: Instead of offering refunds for damaged goods, we will provide appropriate compensation, which may include discounts on future orders or replacements for the damaged items, determined at our discretion.
2.3 Notification: You must notify us of any damaged goods within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged items and a detailed description of the issues.
3.1 Third-Party Shipping Disclaimer: Hootag MFP is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or delays occurring after the handover of shipments to third-party shipping companies or carriers. The terms and conditions of the shipping partners will apply to the shipping process.
3.2 Production Lead Time: Our standard production lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of payment confirmation. This is an estimated timeline and doesn’t account for unforeseen delays or events beyond our control affecting delivery.
3.3 Shipping Lead Time: Once the products are ready for shipment, they will be dispatched within approximately 7 days.
4.1 Payment Schedule: The total contract amount for products and services provided by Hootag MFP is outlined in the agreement. Payment shall be made as follows:
4.2 Initial Payment: The Buyer shall make an initial payment of 50% of the total contract amount upon acceptance of these terms.
4.3 Remaining Balance: The remaining balance or subsequent payments as outlined in the agreement shall be due and payable as the bulk order production commences.
4.4 Late Payment Charges: Delayed payments beyond the specified due date may incur additional charges, including but not limited to, a late payment fee of $50 per day.
4.5 Accepted Payment Methods: Payment shall be made by the Buyer using the methods and instructions provided by Hootag MFP.
4.6 Non-Payment: Failure to complete the payment within 15 days from the due date may result in additional penalties or legal actions at the discretion of Hootag MFP.
